The Prison Service first international Rugby League tour in several years was a huge success. It’s not easy to come away against a tough outfit and bring home the win.
The lads put in undoubtedly the best performance of the year with an extremely gritty performance in tough hot conditions, both teams battled hard and it was game that could have gone either way.
Big thanks to Rugby League Ireland for hosting us, they looked after us from the minute we stepped off the plane, we couldn’t ask for better hospitality.
We look forward to hopefully coming out again next year. Good luck with the remainder of your fixtures
