Overview of the English Prison Service Veterans Football Team


The team is open to anyone who would like to continue their football career in a competitive arena and is over the age of 35. Started many years ago the team plays regular football matches against various organisations up and down the country. The standard of football is high and the fitness level needs to be quite good. The team have fixtures against representative teams from teams The RAF, The British Army and the Royal Navy amongst others.


Currently there are no “training days” or “Practice Matches” you just need to make yourself

available to the management team. If you would like more details please contact

The PSSA is a not for profit association set up for staff employed within HM Prison Service, Private Sector Prisons, and staff on long term contracts with external agencies working within establishments.

 

It’s all about having fun, getting active, taking part, and trying out sports.  It's not all about sport - we support many leisure activities too.
