Did you know that the PSSA has a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Club???? Well if you didn’t, you do now! The club has been stablished for a few years now and we are building on a successful first year of training and competing.

7 of our members will be competed for the Prison Service at the last World Police & Fire Games Rotterdam.

The club has many benefits to support your BJJ journey:

  • Subsidised entry to PSSA funded competitions (event calendar available on request)

  • Free team training events 4 times per year

  • Travel and accommodation funds for those travelling significant distance to events

  • Branded kit for competitors

PSSA

The PSSA is a not for profit association set up for staff employed within HM Prison Service, Private Sector Prisons, and staff on long term contracts with external agencies working within establishments.

It’s all about having fun, getting active, taking part, and trying out sports.  It's not all about sport - we support many leisure activities too.
